You will need:

(about 14 pieces)

2 avocados
1 banana
1 dl Fava Mill Ground Fava Beans
0.5 dl raw cocoa powder
0.5 dl of coconut flour
0.5 dl oats
1 dl chopped dates
coconut flakes on the surface
0.5 dl almond milk (or other milk of your choice)


Grind the ground fava beans further in a blender into a fine powder. Add all the other ingredients and mix together. Stop blending and push the dough down with a spoon from the edges every once in a while. Add almond (or other) milk just enough to smoothen the dough.  Take a spoonful of dough and roll it into a ball in your hands. Pour the coconut flakes on a plate and roll the balls on the plate so as to coat them with coconut. Let the balls set for about 10 minutes and enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee!
