Fava Bean Buns

You will need:

0,5 l milk
1 tsp salt
1/3 tsp cumin
1/3 tsp anise seed
1/4 dl linseeds
1/4 dl syrup
1,5 dl oat flakes
4 dl barley flour
50 g yeast
yeast liquid margarine
8-10 dl plain flour
1¼ dl Fava Mill Ground Beans

Method

Warm the milk and stir in spices, linseeds, syrup, oat flakes, barley flour, yeast, liquid margarine and plain flour. Knead the dough and at the end of kneading add the fava bean mix. Allow the dough to rise until doubled.

Shape into buns. Bake the buns in oven, 200°C, for 15-20 minutes.
