You will need

6 mandarines
4 kiwis
3 dl cream
honey or other sweetener
250 g quarg
1,5 dl Fava Mill Crunchy Granola

Method:

Whip the cream and add sweetener. Cut the fruits into small pieces. Mix the quarg with the whipped cream and add the fruits.

Peel and slice 3 mandarines and 2 kiwis.

Place the granola at the bottom of your serving dishes. Place fruit slices on the sides of the glass or bowl. Save a few slices of mandarine to put on top. Add the cream mixture. Top with remaining mandarine slices and granola.
