Goat cheese salad with granola and watermelon

You will need:

100 g baby spinach
½ small watermelon
1 large avocado
200 g goat cheese
1 dl Fava Mill Granola of your choice
a handful of fresh mint
the juice of 1 lemon

2 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of dark balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp of honey
salt, pepper


Peel, clean and cut the watermelon, avocado and strawberries. Remove the stems of the spinach. Lay spinach leaves, watermelon and avocado, chopped strawberries and goat’s cheese in a bowl in layers. Sprinkle some granola on top. Squeeze lemon juice over the salad. Mix the sauces with each other and serve with the salad.
