You will need:

1.5 dl almond powder
3 tbsp coconut powder
0.5 tsp of baking soda
pinch of salt
0.5 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
0.5 dl butter (lactose free)
sweetener (or 0,5 dl of sugar)
1 dl raw chocolate
0.75 dl Fava Mill Granola of your choice
Juice of one lemon

Method

Mix the dry ingredients together. Melt the butter and break the egg and stir with a fork. Mix together melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract and sweeteners. Mix the dry and liquid materials together. Pick up spoonfuls from the dough and shape them to a ball by rolling them over a baking sheet or shaping them by hand. Crumble the chocolate into small pieces. Press plenty of chocolate chips into the biscuits together with some granola. Bake at 175 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
