You will need:

2 dl cream
3 dl Turkish/Greek yoghurt
3 gelatin sheets
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp vanilla sugar (or 5 tsp stevia)
2 dl Fava Mill Granola of your choice
1 pomegranate

Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes. Boil the cream and pour into another bowl. Squeeze excess water out of the geltin sheets and gently stir them into the hot cream. Mix in the sweetener, yogurt and 1 dl of Fava Mill Granola. Pour the mixture into serving dishes and let set over night or for a few hours.

Split the pomegranate and carve out the seeds. Place the seeds on top of the panna cotta in the serving dishes.
