You will need:

2.5 dl Fava Mill Granola of your choice
100 g frozen raspberries
3 tsp coconut flakes
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp agave syrup/honey
1 tsp cinnamon


0.5 dl Fava Mill Granola of your choice
50 g Frozen raspberries
1 tbsp agave syrup or honey
2 tbsp almond flakes


Mix all the ingredients to a smooth mass in a blender. You can make the coconut oil more runny by warming the bottle/jar under warm water for a few minutes.

Press the mass onto a leave of baking paper to form an approximately 1 cm thick plate. Press the raspberries, granola and the almond flakes on the surface of the plate. Sprinkle agave syrup or honey on top. Roast the ”plate” in the oven at 175 degrees for 20-25 min until the mass is crisply crushed and the surface is slightly colored. Let cool down and decorate with raspberries, granola and almond flakes. Cut with a sharp knife into bars.
