Fava Bean Buns

30 buns

You will need

0,5 l milk

1 teaspoon salt

1/3 teaspoon cumin

1/3 teaspoon anise seed

1/4 dl linseeds

1/4 dl syrup

1,5 dl oat flakes

4 dl barley flour

50 g yeast

1 dl liquid margarine

8-10 dl plain flour

1¼ dl Textured Fava Bean Mix



Warm the milk and stir in spices, linseeds, syrup, oat flakes, barley flour, yeast, liquid margarine and plain flour. Knead the dough and at the end of kneading add the fava bean mix. Allow the dough to rise until doubled.

Shape into buns.
Bake the buns in oven, 200°C, for 15-20 minutes.
