Vegetable and Fava Bean Pizza

3-4 pizzas, diameter 25x25 cm

You will need


25 g dried baking yeast

2 dl water

½ tsp. salt

½ dl liquid margarine

4,5 dl plain flour

Vegetables for one pizza:

8 tbsp. sliced tomato

sweet pepper slices


¾ dl Fava Mill Ground Fava Beans

On top:

100 g grated Mozzarella cheese



Warm the waterand stir in yeast, salt, liquid margarine and plain flour. Knead the dough by hand or in a mixer. Allow the dough to rise until doubled. Shape the dough into a flat bread and top with vegetables.

Bake the pizzas in the oven, 250 °C, for 10-12 minutes.
