Famamill Warmly Welcomes Foreign Customers To Visit The Factory

On August 20th, Some foreign customers visited Favamill Company. Favamill’s general manager warmly welcomed and hosted an elaborate reception; during which time, a brief introduction to its situation was given to the guest. Shenzhen Favamill Company was established in 2010 and has specialized in designing and producing automotive part checking fixtures since then, covering an area of 1500 square meters with 35 senior inspection engineers working there. Our factory is divided into six departments including General Affairs Department, Business Department, Design Department, Processing Department, Assembly Department and Quality Inspection Department with an annual production capacity of 800 sets; exports account for 60%. Upon introducing our company we took customers on tours of our factory facility.

Customers first visited our office, where five senior design engineers who are proficient in using both 3D and 2D software possess over seven years of work experience, familiar with each customer’s inspection requirements and style as well as excellent communication and service skills can meet customer demands.

After visiting, They visited a CNC machining center. Our workshop features five large, medium, and high density CNC equipment which provide strong production conditions and guarantees for making inspection tools. We strictly follow operation standard procedures to ensure parts meet industry requirements for automotive part inspection tools.

Next is 3D inspection, conducted by five 3D inspectors equipped with full sets of 3D inspection equipment. Every part must undergo stringent process quality control inspection, while any unqualified or defective items cannot pass onto subsequent production processes.
